There isn’t a pool on the Estate, however guests are most welcome to use the pool at our sister property The Galmont for a preferential rate.

If you are looking to capture professional imagery of Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate this would need to be booked in advance by contacting our Events team. Our Events team are on hand to ensure the correct areas are set up and ready while at the same time ensuring that there is minimum impact to other patrons and hotel guests.
If you have your Wedding ceremony booked at Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate, our Wedding team will also advise of the most optimal locations for photographs and video recordings, again ensuring there is minimum impact to other patrons and hotel guests.
Kindly note that a location fee will be applied for photography within the hotel and estate grounds.

Yes, Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate offers a select number of dog friendly rooms which can cater for a maximum of one dog per room.
There will be a €40.00 charge to have your dog stay with us per night; we will retain a €500.00 deposit on check in that is separate to any pre authorisation for your dog. We will retain this money until the day of departure once your room has been inspected by our Accommodation Manager, the money will be refunded if no damage is found.
