The Lodges’ elegant interiors are classic contemporary in style, a modern reflection of Glenlo’s refinement and impeccable taste.
The décor incorporates clean lines and a natural, earthy colour palette inspired by the surrounding lakeside landscape. Interior design features include custom design furniture covered in sumptuous fabrics, luxury wallcoverings, and feature lighting. A marble fireplace gives a beautiful centre piece to the cosy living area, and brings some of the warmth and comfort of your own home.
You can choose from 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom Lodges. All bedrooms adjoin a plush marble-tiled en suite bathroom. Each Lodge has its own private entrance and patio area for you to relax and unwind. For those long, summer evenings, you can avail of a barbecue for al fresco dining. Guests can also enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and cosy living area.

How many lodges are there?
There are 11 lodges.
1 with 1 bedroom (sleeps 2).
2 with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4).
8 with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6).
Is the price per person or per house?
All rates are priced on a per house basis & include the stated number of persons each house can sleep.
What appliances and facilities are available in the house?
Is the kitchen stocked with any food items?
Yes, the kitchen is stocked with some basic essentials to get you started.
Are toiletries and towels provided?
Yes.
Is there an additional charge for electricity/gas/oil?
No, all electricity consumption is included in your accommodation package. Car charging is not permitted from the individual Lodges, car charging can only be done at the designated Easy GO charge points. Charging an electric vehicle at any other area on the Estate other than the Easy GO charge station is prohibited.
When is payment due?
If you book more than 12 weeks in advance, a 25% booking deposit is required.
6 weeks in advance of arrival, full prepayment is required. After this time, your stay is completely non-refundable.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
a. More than 12 weeks before date of arrival: 25% booking deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
b. 12 – 6 weeks before date of arrival: 50% of the total stay.
c. 6 – 0 weeks before date of arrival: 100% of the total stay.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is from 4pm.
Check-out time is by 10am.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
A €500 security pre-authorisation is taken on the day of arrival for all bookings. Each lodge is fully checked by our team after your departure. Should any damages or breakages have occurred, our team will contact you to discuss payment [or compensation] for repair or replacement.
Can I stay for a few days or is it weekly letting only?
Our minimum length of stay requirements vary over the year. During high season summer months, there is typically a 2 night minimum stay requirement.
Are The Lodges pet-friendly?
Yes. An additional one-off charge of €50 will apply. Our pet-friendly self-catering lodges can accommodate one cat or dog in accordance with our full pet policy which is available on request. Please check the availability of pet-friendly lodges before making your reservation.
Are there electric car charging points?
Yes. They are provided by our partner Easy GO. Additional charges apply. Car charging is not permitted from the individual Lodges, car charging can only be done at the designated Easy GO charge points. Charging an electric vehicle at any other area on the Estate other than the Easy GO charge station is prohibited.
Do you have sleeping arrangements for babies and young children?
Yes. Cots, high chairs, and stair gates are all available on request at no additional charge.
Is daily housekeeping service provided in the lodges?
Our Luxury Lodges are typically self-catering; however, if you wish to arrange Housekeeping Services, including linen changes or turn down, please reach out to our Reservations Team before your stay or with our Front Office team while on-site. Please note that Housekeeping Services require at least 48 hours' notice and additional charges will apply.
Are the lodges provided with cutlery/ crockery/ pans?
All our lodges are fully equipped with essential cutlery, crockery, and cooking equipment, making it easy for you to settle in and feel right at home. Whether you're preparing a simple meal or hosting a special dinner, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.
