Delight in a Hawk Walk through the walled garden with our falconer, then join a cooking demonstration to create our renowned seafood chowder, followed by lunch at Palmers Bar and Kitchen. Unwind with a matinee of Murder on the Orient Express before a candlelit dinner at the River Room Restaurant.
On day three, enjoy a lakeshore walk or explore Galway City before returning for an Irish coffee demonstration in the historic Oak Cellar Bar. Finish the evening with dinner at Palmers. Depart on day four after a sumptuous breakfast.
