Normally reserved exclusively for private bookings, for the months of January and February 2025 the River Room will open its doors to hotel guests and local patrons.
During this time Head Chef, Angelo Vagiotis and his culinary team will serve the “Pop -Up Pullman Menu” exclusively within the ornate surroundings of the River Room.
Having recently joined the team at Glenlo, previously he held the position of Head Chef at the two Michelin star Terre Restaurant in Cork, Angelo and his team are crafting an array of dishes which will be served on the newly renovated Pullman Restaurant when it opens in March 2025.
